Commemorating the Tragedy of Idi Cut (Arakundo) February 3, 1999 - February 3, 2025 Brothers and sisters, Today, we stand on a history full of wounds. The Tragedy of Idi Cut—Arakundoe—is a symbol of betrayal against humanity. 26 years have passed, yet the wound remains open. Not only in Acheh but also in Papua and Maluku, we witness the same pattern: oppression, confiscation, and violations of human rights. When a nation no longer protects its people, when justice becomes a weapon of oppression, then the only choice is to chart our own path. For Acheh, Maluku, and Papua, the most just solution is separation from Indonesia. For decades, we have been the victims of boundless exploitation, the plundering of natural resources, the destruction of culture, and the disregard for the dignity of our people. Enough is enough! ATAKANA TV – Yesterday, February 3, 2025, as part of the oppressed people of Acheh, we once again remember the dark tragedy that took place in Arakundoe, an event that became one of the symbols of serious Human Rights (HR) violations in the history of the Acheh conflict. This tragedy, although more than two decades have passed, still remains a deep wound for many, especially the families of the victims and the Achehnese diaspora who still have a sense of humanity. As decided in the 2023 meeting of the Acheh-Sumatra National Liberation Front (ASNLF) in Norway, the main task of the Achehnese diaspora is to "Fight Forgetfulness" by continually commemorating the human rights violations experienced by the people of Acheh. Another ASNLF Demonstration In Solidarity With The Palestinians in The City Of Ålborg

Atakana TV - The Aceh Diaspora Community which is part of the Acheh-Sumatra National Liberation Front (ASNLF) held a Palestinian solidarity demonstration in the city of Ålborg, Denmark, on Saturday, January 13 2024. This demonstration was carried out as a form of protest against acts of violence against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and as an effort to demand peace in the area. In his statement, the Danish ASNLF coordinator, represented by Muhammad Hanafiah, emphasized that participation in this demonstration was not limited only to Muslims.
